We’re Mark and Pam Ossinger, a husband-and-wife team powered by caffeine, compassion, and a shared obsession with helping people move forward (literally). After managing over 300 agents across Washington and Oregon for a decade, we stepped away from the corporate chaos and created NW Regional Realty Group, our own boutique brokerage built on one simple truth: real estate should be personal.

Mark has seen just about every market imaginable in his 39 years in real estate, from booming highs to interest-rate-induced lows and with over 900 transactions under his belt, he brings a level of experience that doesn’t come from a textbook. With Pam’s sharp eye, steady support, and client-first mindset, we continue to exceed expectations, one move at a time.

Born and raised in the Seattle area, we first met in high school because every good story deserves a sequel. We reunited years later and realized we were meant to build more than just a life together—we were meant to build this business. Between us, we have nine incredible kids, one very opinionated Cocker Spaniel named Miloh, and a love for coastal getaways, sawdust-filled weekends in our woodshop, and breathing new life into old Jeeps.
